China Textile Industry Federation and Shantou Municipal People's Government Hold Exchange Symposium

On the morning of February 14th, Peng Cong'en, Vice Mayor of Shantou Municipal People's Government, Huang Yusheng, Deputy Secretary General, and 11 representatives from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Bureau of Commerce, and Textile Association visited and had a discussion with the China Textile Industry Federation in Beijing. Sun Ruizhe, President of the China Textile Industry Federation, Xia Lingmin, Secretary General, Xu Yingxin, Vice President, Lin Yunfeng, President of the China Knitting Industry Association, and Liu Jiaqiang, President of the China Wool Textile Industry Association, Yang Jian, Executive Chairman of China Garment Designers Association, Zhang Haiyan, Secretary of the Industry Sample Collection Working Committee of China Textile Industry Federation, Qu Jing, Vice President and Secretary General of China Knitting Industry Association, Chang Qing, Vice President of the Textile Industry Branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Yang Xiaodong, Vice President of China Garment Association and others participated in the exchange forum. The meeting was chaired by President Lin Yunfeng.
Weng Xiaoyang, Director of the Shantou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, introduced the industrial situation in Shantou, while Weng Chuangjie, President of the Shantou Textile and Clothing Industry Association, introduced the textile and clothing industry in Shantou and the various industry activities organized by the association. At the subsequent symposium, both sides had exchanges and discussions on the national textile and clothing industry situation, as well as the current status and prospects of Shantou's industrial development.
